Kristen Ocasio owner and lead teacher, is a certified Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with over a decade of teaching experience, and over 300+ hours of personally dedicated continuing education, workshops, and retreats to safely guide you through any individualized session or group classes.
Together we will RISE to our greatest potential mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, and energetically to be in a state of YOGA: union with the Divine.
Our Restorative Classes are designed to assist all levels, and our private sessions are designed to assist multiple levels of experience and degree of effort from restorative to advanced.

Deep Restorative
Deep Restorative is and up, signature healing modality of Sea Me Rise Restorative Yoga & Wellness. This yoga practice is accessible for everyone. Deep Restorative is a nurturing class that utilizes a signature series of passive postures with blocks, bolsters, and blankets, all in a warm and peaceful environment. During this 75 min class you will achieve a deep level of relaxation, restoration, and sooth the nervous system in a depth of comfort that fosters an ease in to a tranquil meditative and supportive healing space. Come be restored with the perfect reset to slow down the pace of life.
Yoga Nidra + Sacred Sound
Yoga Nidra is practice open to all, Rooted in Tantra Yoga. This practice offers a deep inner awareness and ultimate relaxation. This is a fully guided experience for complete relaxation of the mental, emotional, and physical which leads to deeply personal spiritual awarenesses. This beautiful practice is one that creates a deeply restorative wakefulness awareness for deep rest. We utilize the combination of guided relaxation, affirmations, pranayama-yogic breath work, and visualization all within a warm ambient environment.
